House Rules To ensure a five-star experience for everyone and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules: - Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels down after 9:30 PM. We share a wall and appreciate your cooperation. - Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No extra or overnight guests are allowed. - Check-in/Out: Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. - Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM. - No Smoking/Drugs: To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, smoking or drug use of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. - No Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets at this time. - Energy Conservation: Please turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater, and unplug unused personal items like chargers when you leave. - Electronics: Kindly refrain from unplugging the home's electronics and appliances. - No Mail: Please do not have personal mail or packages delivered to the property. Important Information - Safety & Security: For your security, surveillance cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. One camera is at the front door and one is above the garage, both facing outward away from the house and recording upon motion detection. Your privacy within the home is completely protected. - Noise Monitoring: A noise monitoring device is installed in the living room. It only measures decibel levels to alert us if noise becomes excessively loud and does not record any conversations. - No Commercial Use: Commercial activities and the parking of commercial vehicles are not permitted on the property. - Liability: The property managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. By accepting the reservation, guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property. - Personal Belongings: The property managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. - Policy Violations: Please note that breaking these rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund and forfeiture of your security deposit. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $1,000 fine to cover damages.

Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater. •No Smoking of ANY KIND •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays •Check-in time is 4pm - 10pm •No Extra/ Overnight Guests (we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail Delivered here •No moving or rearranging of the furniture •No unplugging of the electronics •No Pre-Check in Bag Storage •No Pets •No disturbing neighbors •No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces we show you •No loud noise or music past 9:30pm •10am is check out time. Guest Safety: There are 2 cameras located around the property. 1 at the front door facing away from the property & 1 located above the garage door facing to the door that leads into the house. Great host. My family and I reserved both homes for our stay and fit perfectly for one night. The kids loved the game consoles. The home was nice and cleaned. Great amenities. Bed and linens were nice and comfortable.

Danny’s place was great for our family vacation to Disneyland! There were 16 of us in total and we had more than enough space. Both units were very spacious, clean, and had all the necessities. I would definitely recommend staying at Danny’s place!
