When it’s time to rest, you’ll find four plush queen-sized Zinus memory foam beds, and a pull-out sofa ensures everyone has a comfortable spot. For those traveling with little ones, a high chair and travel crib are available for your convenience. The Neighborhood Our property is centrally located in the heart of Midway City, putting you just a short drive from Southern California's best attractions. You'll be close to: - Entertainment: Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, and the beautiful sands of Huntington Beach. - Shopping: World-class retail at South Coast Plaza and Irvine Spectrum. - Dining: Delicious local eats at Rodeo 39 and the famous Brodard Restaurant. Getting Around Parking is available for up to 3 cars (a 2-car garage and one shared spot in front of Unit 1). Two additional parking spots are available in front of Unit 4. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

House Rules To ensure a high-quality stay for all our guests, we ask that you please observe the following rules: - Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. - Check-out is by 10:00 AM. - No smoking or drugs of any kind are permitted. A $1,000 fine will be assessed for violations. - No pets are allowed. - No extra or overnight guests beyond those on the reservation. - No parties or events. Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 9:30 PM. - No mail or packages may be delivered to the property. - Please do not unplug any electronics. When leaving the home, please turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater, and unplug any unused personal appliances. Important Information - Security Devices: For your safety, security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. One is at the front door and one is above the garage, both facing away from the property and recording upon motion detection. A noise monitoring device is located in the living room to monitor decibel levels only; it does not record conversations and respects your privacy. - Liability: The property managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. By accepting this reservation, all guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property. - Commercial Use: No commercial activities or vehicles are allowed on the property. - Rule Violations: We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain the security deposit if these rules are broken.

Enjoyed our stay for 5 nights. Location is off the busy areas but close enough to many vacation spots! Was able to stock up on snacks and breakfast items before heading out for our busy days. Host was responsive when messaged. Enjoyed staying here. We were comfortable and felt at home. Thank you.

Perfect place to stay! Had plenty of room for a family of 7 (4 children, 3 adults). Place was VERY clean, it is an end unit with two parks spots available on a first come first served basis. The place does have a 2 car garage that is available, but we rent a Jeep Wagoneer and it does not fit in the garage, but a minivan or smaller vechile should be able to fit. There is a Walmart, Business Costco and many other stores within a 5 minute drive. We appreciate Danny and his Airbnb and totally recommend anyone to stay!! 5 stars all around!! Definitely would recommend amd stay here again!!

Danny was a great host. The place was spacious and very clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed the arcade games, and it was a perfect spot for our family to rest before continuing our long drive. The location was excellent as well. We visited Disneyland Park which was less than 20 minutes away, and we were also able to spend time at the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a great experience for our family. 😊
