House Rules To ensure a five-star experience for everyone, we ask that you please observe our house rules: - Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. - Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM. - No smoking or drugs of any kind are permitted. A $1,000 fine will be assessed for violations. - No pets are allowed. - No extra or overnight guests beyond those on the reservation. - Please be mindful of our neighbors and the shared wall. Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 9:30 PM. No parties or loud music. - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the property. - Do not unplug any electronics or appliances. When leaving, please turn off the stove, oven, AC/heater, and unplug any unused personal items like chargers or hair curlers. Important Information - Rule Enforcement: We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain the security deposit if these rules are broken. - Security Cameras: For your safety, security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. One is at the front door and one is above the garage, both facing away from the house. They record when motion is detected. - Noise Monitoring: A noise monitoring device is installed in the living room. It only measures decibel levels to alert us of excessive noise and does not record any conversations, protecting your privacy. - Liability: The property managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that may occur on the premises. By accepting this reservation, all guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property. - Commercial Use: No commercial activities or vehicles are permitted on the property.
