House Rules To ensure a high-quality stay for all our guests, we ask that you please observe the following rules. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your security deposit. - Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. - Check-out is by 10:00 AM. - No smoking or drugs of any kind are permitted. A $1,000 fine will be assessed for violations to cover smoke damage repair. - No pets are allowed. - Only registered guests are permitted. No extra or overnight guests. - Please be mindful of our neighbors and our shared wall. No loud noise or music after 9:30 PM. - No mail or packages may be delivered to the property. - No commercial activities or vehicles are allowed. - Please do not unplug any electronics. - When leaving the home, please unplug unused personal appliances (like hair curlers or chargers) and turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater. Important Information Security Devices: For your safety, security surveillance cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. One is at the front door facing away from the property, and one is above the garage door facing outward. They record when motion is detected. A noise monitoring device is installed in the living room to monitor decibel levels and alerts us only if the noise becomes excessive. Your privacy is protected. Liability: The managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, you and your guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from your use of the premises.

We had a great stay overall and the space worked well for our family. The location was excellent, close to many attractions and conveniently near the highway which made getting around easy. We also appreciated the private parking and the safe neighbourhood. The host was very communicative and responsive, which made the experience smooth. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
