House Rules To ensure a wonderful and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you kindly observe the following rules: - Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. - Check-out is by 10:00 AM. - Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 9:30 PM. We share a wall and appreciate your cooperation. - To ensure your guest count is accurate, unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. - For the health and comfort of all our guests, this is a strictly non-smoking and drug-free property. - Sorry, no pets are allowed. - Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property. - For safety, please turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater, and unplug small appliances when you leave the home. Important Information Security Devices: For your security, surveillance cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. One is at the front door and one is above the garage, both facing away from the house and recording upon motion detection. A noise monitoring device is located in the living room to measure decibel levels only; it does not record conversations and respects your privacy. Smoking Policy: Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $1,000 fine to cover smoke remediation. Commercial Use: No commercial activities or vehicles are allowed on the property. Liability: The managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises, nor for the loss of personal belongings. By accepting this reservation, you agree that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Rule Adherence: Please note that failure to follow these house rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.
