House Rules To ensure a high-quality stay for everyone, we ask that all guests kindly observe our house rules. Thank you for your cooperation! - Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. - Check-out is by 10:00 AM. - No smoking or drugs of any kind are permitted on the property. - No pets are allowed. - Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 9:30 PM. - Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. - No extra or overnight guests. - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the property. - Please refrain from unplugging any electronics. When leaving, please turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater. Important Information - Safety & Security: For your security, surveillance cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. One is at the front door and one is above the garage door, both facing outward. They record when motion is detected to ensure your safety while protecting your privacy. - Noise Monitoring: A noise monitoring device is installed in the living room. It only monitors decibel levels to prevent excessive noise and does not record any conversations. - Rule Violations: We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain the security deposit if these rules are broken. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $1,000 fine to cover damages. - Commercial Use: No commercial activities or vehicles are allowed on the property. - Liability: The property managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. We are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

We had an excellent stay with room to spare. Was close to many of the places we wanted to visit and it was close enough to freeway to get to the farther places! Location was excellent! Would highly recommend or book again! Danny was great throughout!

Enjoyed our stay at this home! We visited a few family members throughout the area and they were all fairly close. As a growing family we all enjoyed the multiple rooms and bathrooms. Getting in and out of the home was very easy and the neighborhood was nice!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The house is very new, spotless, and extremely well maintained. The rooms are spacious, bright, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a large family or a group of guests. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made our stay very relaxing. The host was very responsible, friendly, and easy to communicate with. All instructions for check-in and the house were very clear and helpful. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place and would definitely love to stay again in the future!

My recent stay at Danny’s Airbnb was excellent from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Wonderful stay for my family and I, we really appreciated the clean and cozy environment. Instructions for everything are very clear. Located right by Little Saigon, lots of great restaurants and stores were within a 10 minute drive. Host was also very responsive when we had questions and was very friendly and helpful! Really great place to stay, and I would definitely book again!
