House Rules To ensure a high-quality stay for everyone, we ask that all guests kindly observe our house rules. Thank you for your cooperation! - Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. - Check-out is by 10:00 AM. - No smoking or drugs of any kind are permitted on the property. - No pets are allowed. - Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 9:30 PM. - Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. - No extra or overnight guests. - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the property. - Please refrain from unplugging any electronics. When leaving, please turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater. Important Information - Safety & Security: For your security, surveillance cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. One is at the front door and one is above the garage door, both facing outward. They record when motion is detected to ensure your safety while protecting your privacy. - Noise Monitoring: A noise monitoring device is installed in the living room. It only monitors decibel levels to prevent excessive noise and does not record any conversations. - Rule Violations: We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain the security deposit if these rules are broken. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $1,000 fine to cover damages. - Commercial Use: No commercial activities or vehicles are allowed on the property. - Liability: The property managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. We are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

Guest Safety: There are 2 cameras located around the property. 1 at the front door facing away from the property & 1 located above the garage door facing to the door that leads into the house. Guests will have private access to 4 entire townhouses for the duration of their stay. Key access features include: Seamless and secure keyless entry via a smart lock. Private parking for up to 12 vehicles: four 2-car garages and 3 additional shared guest parking spot. Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each unit has a 2-car garage. Please note, these garages do not accommodate trucks, large SUVs, or vans. Two additional parking spaces are available outside Unit 4. One additional parking space is available outside Unit 1. Free street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our group loved staying here! It had plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. They were very responsive and helpful. The location was easy to get to. Would highly recommend for large groups who want some privacy and plenty of room!

Danny’s place was perfect for our reservation. It was the place we were looking for a large group. The location of the place is also very convenient as we plan our itinerary. The houses are spacious enough for all of us. Everyone is happy and satisfied with our stay. I will recommend the place.
